YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT SUCH INSTALLATION, ACCESS, OPERATION OR USE MAY RESULT IN THE NON-FUNCTIONING OF CUSTOMER`S DEVICES OR CAUSE DAMAGE TO CUSTOMER`S DEVICES, YOU, YOUR PREMISES OR XFINITY DEVICES. NEITHER COMCAST NOR ITS AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS OR AGENTS ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY SUCH FAILURE OR DAMAGE. Comcast reserves the right to refuse you customer support for the Service and/or terminate the Service if you use a non-recommended configuration.

b. Customer`s equipment. „Customer Equipment“ means software, hardware or services that you use in connection with the Services and that are not provided or rented by us or our agent. Notwithstanding the last sentence, any equipment that you have purchased from us (or our agent) and under an express purchase agreement constitutes „Customer Equipment“. You agree to have the right to provide us and our agents with the right to insert CableCARD and other hardware into the Client Device, to send software and/or „downloads“ to the Client Device and to install, configure, maintain, inspect and update the Client Device. You warrant that you are either the owner of the Customer Equipment or that you have the authority to grant us access to the Customer Equipment. . . .
